At Microsoft Timothy and his team creates experiences for over 100 million users through the Microsoft Edge browser. Leading the product’s Core UX features, Timothy collaborates across a multi-discipline team to deliver design strategies and build systems, and tell great stories for full life-cycle projects.

Additionally, Lead the Studio’s culture team which is responsible for envisioning ideal culture, leading visible change in the organization and modeling team values.

Prior to Microsoft, Timothy was the Senior Director of Creative & UX at BookShout where he lead an awesome group of disrupters working to innovate within the mobile reading industry. Connecting B2B partners, such as: Google, Facebook, T-Mobile, AARP, Yale, Ohio State and more, to users – offering a differentiated, engaging mobile reading experience.

Outside of work Timothy a consultant at B-Corp organizations, such as Provoc, Inc., where I am the Director of Creative Strategy, in addition to volunteering time to various non-profit organizations in the Seattle area as well as back in his home state of South Carolina. Timothy’s work stems from a passion for Storytelling, Inclusive Design, Culture & Organizational Diversity, Politics and Social Equity work.
