Understanding the User
While crafting the customer journey we identified a need to reconsider how we communicate with our users. We understood that our users prefer simple, conversational, human-to-human communications. They prefer to feel as though a company is a group of people who identify them as persons as well.
Each email is conversational, humorous and easily identified by its color, i.e. Blue: Marketing, Green: User Actions, Yellow: User Achievements and Red: Account Specific Alerts.
